Is Our Alcohol Class Right for You?
The Rethink‑a‑Drink™ program is built on a simple, respectful principle: your choices belong to you. Our goal is to provide clear, honest, evidence‑based information about alcohol use—its risks, its impacts, and the decisions that shape your relationship with it. We do not assume you want to stop drinking. We do not pressure you to make a specific choice. Instead, we give you the tools, insight, and perspective to make informed decisions that align with your values and goals.
