Refund Policy

Offender Solutions® is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for the Rethink‑a‑Drink™ online Alcohol Awareness / Alcohol Education class. The policy below explains when refunds may be issued and what steps are required.

Refunds Before Starting the Course

If you have not begun any portion of the Rethink‑a‑Drink™ class—meaning you have not opened a lesson or changed its status to “In Progress” or “Completed”—you may request a refund by discontinuing use of the course and contacting Offender Solutions® directly. A refund will be issued once:

• You provide a brief explanation for the purchase and the reason for requesting a refund
• Your request is received by Offender Solutions® Inc.

Refunds After the Course Has Been Started

If any lesson has been opened or marked as “In Progress” or “Completed,” refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Offender Solutions® Inc. If you are dissatisfied with the course for any reason, you are encouraged to contact us by phone, email, or in writing to explain your concern. If, in our judgment, your concern is valid, a full or partial refund may be approved.

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to confirm with your court, probation officer, school, attorney, or referring authority whether this online alcohol awareness / alcohol education class meets your specific requirement. Acceptance policies vary by jurisdiction, and verifying this information in advance helps ensure a smooth and successful completion process.
